   After end of ECW Paul Heyman who is the creator behind the ECW is still signed with WWE as Brock Lesnar's advocate and Paul is not only advocate for the Brock Lesnar but he has that Wrestling mind. Which is the reason why he is in WWE.

   Recently WWE hall of famer Bubba ray Dudley state that if WWE want to make Smackdown as better show they need to make Paul as Smackdown Live's general manager. Which totally means that everyone knows how intelligent he is in Wrestling industry.

  After all Paul was WWE's rival but still Vince signed him in WWE as he knows his intelligence. After all it is one of the best decisions Vince ever made.
